Scanning Less Number of Bitmain Antminer S19 Series When Using Bulk Management Tool


When using a bulk management tool, this guide will troubleshoot scanning fewer Bitmain Antminer S19 Series.

Issue: The bulk management software has only scanned a small portion of the Bitmain Antminer S19 Series devices.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Confirm that all miners are powered on;

2. Verify that the computer can connect to the miner network segment. You can check by directly entering the IP into the web page to access the miner’s backstage.

3. Verify the normal operation of the network segment where there are fewer miners, and determine whether a switch failure or a problem with the main network cable is present.

4. Verify that every network segment has been added to the bulk management program.

*Note: Make sure all IPs are included in the set IP segment. For instance, if you set, IP addresses above 100 will not be scanned.
